Artisan Contractor
Patriot’s new artisan contractors program offers an admitted carrier option for artisan contractors in the Greater New York marketplace. The program targets select independent interior trade specific artisan contractors based and/or working in the New York City boroughs and Long Island. The program targets contractors that principally perform limited new construction and looks for those contractors that mostly perform service to existing structures and retro-fit projects.

Mid to large experienced interior trade Subcontractors including but not limited to the following classes:- Carpentry
- Electrical wiring

- HVAC Sheet metal duck work fabrication & installation
- HVAC mechanical and pipefitting work
- HVAC systems control systems installation
- Interior Drywall and Wallboard Installation
- Interior Decorators
- Insulation Work
